With nearly 20 years’ experience in the company, Lindsay has been Signature’s Executive Director since 2016. Lindsay provides vision, direction, and leadership on all aspects of the strategic, financial, and operational running of Signature.
Matthew has been at the helm of marketing strategy at Signature for 10 years, responsible for positioning the organisation at the forefront of BSL education and Deaf awareness.
Brought into the team to develop The School of Signs from its inception, Isaac now manages the marketing team while continuing to oversee Signature’s digital products.
Daniel supports the Marketing and Product Manager through strategic campaigns, partnerships, and targeted communication to enhance Signature’s visibility.
Alex has been managing Signature’s social media and digital presence since 2022.
Lily maintains Signature’s branding as well as illustrating all the beautiful resources for The School of Signs.
Lisa leads Signature’s customer support team, helping to ensure centres, learners and customers receive the support they need.

Nicky ensures that Signature continues to maintain Ofqual requirements, ensuring the highest level of standards are adhered to across the entire qualification range and ensuring our centres meet all Signature regulatory requirements.
Emma supports Signature’s quality assurance and compliance processes, helping to maintain high standards across the organisation.
Sam supports the development and delivery of Signature’s qualifications, helping to ensure they meet the needs of learners and the sectors they serve.
Michelle is responsible for maintaining the strength of the staff team and managing HR Signature as well as making sure Signature’s day-to-day operations runs smoothly.
Abbie works with centres that would like to become an approved centre with Signature. Abbie builds relationships, communicates and provides support to those wanting to deliver Signature qualifications.
Christine oversees Signature’s income and revenue processes, managing incoming payments and supporting the organisation’s day-to-day financial operations.
Marie oversees Signature’s expenditure and payment processes, managing outgoing payments and supporting the organisation’s financial operations along with reconciliation and budget management.
