89% of young deaf people have seen fake sign on tiktok

Fake sign language is spreading on social media.

These fake sign videos are damaging to the deaf and hard of hearing community, especially young TikTokers who use the platform to express themselves.

We've created RE/SIGN, a British Sign Language dance challenge, to draw attention to this problem and fight the spread of fake sign. Through this campaign we want people to learn sign language in a fun way, but also a correct way.

Get involved by dueting one of our three dances on TikTok, and help fight the spread of fake sign.
