2020 has been a challenging year for all of us and no one could have predicted the affects Covid-19 would have on both our personal and working lives.
So, I want to start by saying thank you.
Thank you for sticking with us during this difficult time!
Thank you for embracing online assessments and our new system IRIS.
And thank you for continuing to deliver our qualifications, lessons and assessments.
You, our centres have welcomed the changes and you have adapted how you do things. You have worked with us to make sure that our candidates can continue to study our qualifications.
We couldn't have done it without you.
As an organisation, our staff, have excelled in exceptional circumstances continuing to offer outstanding support to you, our centres and learners. Whether that was when they were working from home or back in the office following Covid secure restrictions, they've made me very proud of our organisation.
We are innovating and creating better experiences for both learners and centres alike and this will continue in 2021.
We are also continuing to review our qualifications regularly, whilst offering enhanced learner support through BSLHomework and teacher training packages on the Signature Learning Hub.
As we approach our 40th anniversary in 2021, it’s exciting to take the time to celebrate this properly, by looking into our history and commemorating those who have helped us along the way. Over the next 12 months we are all excited to reflect upon our heritage and think about what the next 40 years may hold for Signature. We look forward to you being a part of that.
