A key part of that support comes from our Centre Relationship Manager.
The Centre Relationship Manager supports any new centres through the approval process from initial contact to becoming an approved centre. The CRM works with existing centres to gain feedback and understanding on how they can be supported further to improve their experience as a Signature centre.

Our CRM can assist with the application process and offer additional guidance to ensure becoming a Signature centre is an easy and smooth process. Worried about the communication barrier? Our Customer Support Team will provide you with full support. You will receive a welcome booklet outlining all the resources we have available on our online platform, known as IRIS. We also offer for CPD training purposes, face to face training and different BSL packages. You can find this information directly through our Signature shop.
Yes! We have current centres who offer both remote and face to face based learning. If you wish to deliver L6 qualifications, some assessments do require face to face based learning. Set up a virtual meeting with our Centre Relationship Manager who can discuss this further with you.
Absolutely! You will be provided with full support from our Customer Support Team. You will need to become a fully accredited Signature centre.
