It’s hard to believe that we launched the Signature loyalty programme over two years ago. While in many ways the launch party in 2019 feels like yesterday, the last 20 months has been somewhat a blur for us all. Despite the restrictions, we were able to continue to distribute certificates and trophies last year which we found to be a fantastic way to boost morale.
The Signature loyalty programme is our way of offering recognition to centres. The programme focuses on the valuable relationship between Signature and our centres and takes into consideration the length of time that they have been working with us.
This year we will be honouring those centres who have reached their next milestone; these are 3, 6 and 10 years.
Lindsay Foster, Executive Director said “after a challenging 20 months I want to say thank you, to all of our centres for sticking with us, and for doing the best you can to support your students. It hasn’t been easy, but you have excelled. Your determination and skill are vital to our success, and this is shown through the fantastic results that your learners continue to achieve. We know that your passion is the reason why so many of your learners go on to become excellent communicators.
As we look to the future, I hope our loyalty programme is a reminder of how important centres are to us.
Thank you for your continued support over the last couple of years, and we look forward to a much more ‘normal’ twelve months ahead”.
