Frequently Asked Questions

We know that getting the right level of support is important to you. We have put together this list of frequently asked questions to help you find your answer quickly and easily as possible.

As an Awarding Body, we do not employ teachers to deliver our qualifications. We can only make recommendations on teacher qualifications. These are outlined in our Teacher Policy.

Signature offer Qualification Training for those who teach their qualifications.  These are advertised in our Shop, under Teacher Training. This will show the dates and location of each training event and a brief description of what the event covers.

You will receive an email confirming your attendance at the event after the closing date.

Our booking information will let you know if the event is to be delivered in English or BSL.  Upon booking a place on an event, please notify Signature any special requirements eg. Notetaker, wheelchair access.

When training events are full, Signature are notified and we keep a waiting list.

We are aware that some organisations, such as colleges and schools, have a team of teachers who would benefit from attending our courses. We will be happy to discuss the possibility of providing a course for your organisation at your choice of venue. A group of local approved course providers could also take advantage of this arrangement. Please email us to discuss this in more detail at michelle.sammons@signature.org.uk
