Signature annually review all our policies, regulations, and fees to make sure we continue to operate and provide the level of service expected by our centres and candidates. Over the last 2 years, throughout Covid, we have done as much as possible to provide support to our centres and learners to allow them to achieve their qualifications. We haven’t increased any of our fees linked to centres and we appreciate it has been an extremely challenging period for many businesses, so we hope that our support has helped you.
As we get back to the new normal, we have had to review our fee structure, along with the additional costs that Signature are incurring. So today we are announcing that from September 2022, we will increase our assessment and centres fees by 7%. This does not include our BSL/ISL101 units which we will be reducing from £23 down to £20.
We continue to offer our excellent rates of discount when you sign up or renew multiple qualifications with us to make offering Signature qualifications are attractive as possible.
This is not a decision we have taken lightly but one that is necessary. Signature are committed to continue providing you with the outstanding service from all our team that you expect, ensuring anyone within the organisation can support you.
We are creating new assessment materials for our assessments to make sure that we are still offering the best qualifications on the market.
Signature will also be updating BSLHomework3 to support our new level 3 qualification, we will create a support product for both Level 4 and Level 6 that will be available through the Signature Learning Hub. We will continue to create products and services that support our centres and learners to get the best learning experience as a Signature candidate!
