As we head into another lockdown, we want to remind you, we are here for you. We remain strong and fully operational as a business.
We are confident that we have everything we need to be able to support our centres and learners during this time. Whilst we have had to close the Signature office, we want to reassure you that it is service as normal for us, albeit with potentially some minor delays. We have put in place a plan that will allow us to continue to work as close to normally as possible, which means we will still be printing and posting certificate’s, processing results and offering you the outstanding customer service you expect from Signature.
We will continue to be understanding and flexible and offer support and guidance through this period of uncertainty.
BSLHomework
As we did in March, we are once again going to offer all Signature students free access to BSLHomework. That provides them with 2 months free access to the hours of practice materials, mock assessments and quizzes that are available within the Signature Learning Hub. The access codes and links for these have been emailed to each centre, centre administrator for distribution to their learners. If you have not received this, please email communications@signature.org.uk and we will look into this for you.
