We can confirm that another qualification which was reaching the end of its NQF accreditation have been extended until 31 December 2010. This is:
- CACDP Level 3 Certificate for Language Service Professionals Working with Deaf and Deafblind People (LLS3, LNT3, LST3, & LDB3). Qualification ref: 500/1687/8
What happens next?
Level 3 Certificate in Insights into Communication with Congenitally Deafblind People is due to expire later in the academic year and will be extended shortly.
We have an existing promise to centres that we will make no changes to our qualifications during the teaching year. As we renew accreditation for each of our qualifications over the next two years they will become Signature qualifications.
The remainder of our qualifications will be accredited as Signature qualifications on the QCF. Details will be published in May for delivery in September. In the meantime, all our current qualifications remain accredited on the NQF (National Qualifications Framework), and remain eligible for LSC funding.
