The loyalty programme is our way of offering recognition to centres. The programme focuses on the valuable relationship between Signature and our centres and takes into consideration the length of time that they have been working with us.
Centres will be recognised for reaching a relationship milestone. These milestones will acknowledge significant points of time within our working relationship with them. These are at 3 years, 6 years and 10 years.
If centres are yet to reach their first milestone, they will still receive a certificate from us. This will show their approved status.
Centres will receive a certificate on an annual basis, showing their approved status and most recent milestone.
The loyalty programme will run endlessly, with centres being celebrated in September on an annual basis. If centres reach their next milestone at any point during the year, they will receive a certificate in the following September.
We believe that now is the time for us to focus on our centres, and to make sure that they feel recognised and appreciated for their commitment to us. We want to continue developing our relationship by celebrating your loyalty to us!
