As we near the end of the academic year, I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our centres and learners for their hard work and commitment.
The past 12 months has seen Signature undertake some changes. As always, we are dedicated to providing the best possible experiences to both our centres and learners.
I was overwhelmed by the positive response to our customer satisfaction questionnaire at the beginning of 2019. The honest and constructive feedback has very much helped us to shape many of our decisions going forward.
Within the last 12 months, our learners took almost 25,000 assessments. This is really great to see. We look forward to welcoming back current and new learners in the new academic term.
