On Friday 18th June, a group of 9 BSL tutors from across Northern Ireland took part in a Signature Level 2 Training Course held in Belfast.
Pam Tilson, Communications Manager for Signature in Northern Ireland said “The course was the best attended Level 2 course held in Northern Ireland for some time. Those who attended where a mix of experienced Level 2 tutors looking to refresh their knowledge and skills, and others who are keen to progress from teaching Level 1 to teach Level 2 in the future. All the participants worked hard and enjoyed the day. It is important that teachers take time to take these courses to keep up to date with developments in curriculum and assessment criteria, and I would like to thank those who gave up their time to attend. We look forward to more tutors teaching Level 2 classes in the coming year.”
