NRCPD regulates communication professionals who work with deaf and deafblind people. Their job is to safeguard the wellbeing and interests of people who rely on those professionals.
They are currently in the process of updating their Code of Conduct and complaints processes and want to know what you think about the changes. You can have your say by completing one or both of the surveys on the NRCPD website at http://www.nrcpd.org.uk/news.php?article=91
They should take no longer than 5 minutes to complete but you will need to ensure you download and read the necessary documents from the NRCPD website beforehand.
