From Wednesday 17th April, we will be offering face-to-face calls to anyone who would prefer to communicate with us using BSL or lipreading. We have previously offered this service on an ad hoc basis – to much success. We believe that offering set times on a weekly basis will help us offer more communication options to our centres, and the general public.
Mandy has a Level 4 Certificate in British Sign Language and Level 3 Certificate in Lipspeaking. Although not an interpreter, Mandy is an excellent signer and is able to communicate proficiently using her skills.
