Celebrating British Sign Language is a good thing

Yesterday, Google caught the attention of millions of people across the UK with its impressive Google Doodle.

The Doodle, a special and temporary alteration of the logo on Google's homepage, celebrated BSL and the famous Braidwood Academy. It featured 6 schoolchildren fingerspelling ‘Google’ and linked to a short, fun video on the history of the world’s first deaf school and the fingerspelling alphabet.

In November 2016, Signature published its Level 3 Award in Evaluating the Needs of Deafblind Adults. We're delighted to see the first of these courses underway, and we expect the first courses to be completed in July 2017.
