Text Relay Service – your opinion

You may be aware that changes to text relay services are planned from 18 April 2014. Ofcom, the UK communications regulator, want to find out about the experiences of text relay users both now and after the changes are made in April, so that they can establish whether the changes lead to a better quality service.

After almost 5 years as Communications Manager (Scotland), based in our Glasgow Office, Doug Bradley will leave Signature on 27 December. Following a review of the staff team, Doug has chosen to pursue new challenges elsewhere.

While we support the statements of those in the wider deaf sector, Signature and NRCPD believe the most saddening element is the fact that millions of deaf people worldwide have been so badly let down.
