2012 Customer Service Survey

We have been working for several years to improve the service we give to the centres that deliver our qualifications. We count on the honest feedback you provide at our meetings, through our surveys and when you contact us. We use the information you give us to improve our qualifications, service and support products. Each year we ask you to tell us how we are meeting your expectations in Customer Service Survey.

The latest survey took place over two weeks in December and January. You rated your overall satisfaction with Signature at nearly 80% and your satisfaction with the service our customer support officers provide at 85%. More than three quarters of you told us the service we give you compares favourably to other awarding organisations, continuing an upward trend that is based entirely on the feedback you give us.
