We are delighted to announce that the first students from City College Coventry have successfully completed the Signature Level 3 Certificate in Learning Support (Communication Support Worker).

NRCPD is developing a suite of National Occupational Standards (NOS) for Speech to Text Reporters. The NOS describe the skills and knowledge an individual needs in order to carry out the role in a consistent and competent way.
