Everyone at Signature is committed to improving customer service standards. To help us do this, it is important we know how you feel about the service we offer. In the past, our survey of centres has been incredibly helpful in making sure we offer the service you want.

We continue to improve the efficiency of the online service we provide our centres. To enable us to do this, the centre portal will be unavailable from midnight 14 December until midnight 16 December 2010.

We are attending The AoC Annual Conference & Exhibition 2010 as you know. As part of the event we will be holding a Master Class breakout session on Wednesday 17 November.

The Horniman Museum is hosting a British Sign Language Day on Saturday 13 November, 11:30am to 4:30pm, where anyone can explore the museum with BSL-led activities and displays.

We continue to introduce new assessment materials for our qualification units. To maintain the efficiency of the assessment process, an amendment has been made to units T301, T302 and T307.
