How do I access the Signature Centre Portal?
The Signature Centre Portal can be accessed through the Centre Portal link which can be found in the top right hand corner of the Signature website or through Centres/Centre Portal, on the left hand side of this page. Alternatively you can also access the centre portal through the site map.
Do I have to use the Signature Portal?
Yes. All of Signature's Assessments procedures now operate through the Centre Portal and so you will need to use this facility in order to run Signature Assessments.
I can not login to the Signature Portal with my username and password
On the Signature Portal login screen there is a 'Forgot my password' link which you can use if you can not remember you password. Otherwise, please contact your Customer Support Officer for further help.
Can my centre have more than one login for the Signature Portal?
Centres can have multiple users for their Signature Portal. For each login name and password that a centre creates the centre administrator will need to contact their Customer Support Officer to have those details assigned to the right centre number on the Portal.
