Organisational Achievement Award criteria

To nominate an organisation for Organisational Achievement, you will need to tell us about them and their work. Complete the following two sections, giving as much information as possible. Each section will be scored individually.

Nomination Statement

Use this section to tell us how the organisation has made a significant contribution to achieving a society in which deaf and deafblind people have full access. (This award is not based on financial contributions).

Your statement should be no more than 1000 words.

Please add any information you feel will support your nomination (personal statements from colleagues, peers, learners, centres, press cuttings, other awards, etc).
