Centre of the Year Award Criteria

To nominate a centre for Centre of the Year, you will need to tell us about them and their work. When completing your nomination, please respond to each of the following sections.

Section Two - Learners

  • Tell us how the centre supports learners of our qualifications?
  • Has the centre gone above and beyond to support learners with special learning or financial circumstances? If so, please tell us about it here...
  • What information does the centre provide for learners about the deaf and deafblind community and careers in this sector?

Section Three - Teachers

  • What training and development opportunities does the centre offer their teachers of our qualifications?
  • What support does the centre offer teachers in their day to day role?

Section Four - Vision

  • How does the wider vision of the centre contribute to the work of Signature?
  • How does the centre promote deaf and deafblind qualifications and issues to the wider community?
