This award recognises an inspirational individual or group who demonstrates outstanding commitment within their local community. People who give their time, energy, experience and commitment in making an impact to the lives of deaf and deafblind people.

The nominee can be a volunteer, fundraiser, deaf club, a small local charity, or anyone who has made a real difference in their community.

The Signature Annual Awards panel will consider the nominations you submit and announce a shortlist in summer 2012. The Community Spirit award will be presented at the evening awards ceremony in November.
